Machine Overview

● The machine is a sealed and pressurized storage bucket with feeding and filling structure, which allows the pressurized pouring of material into the valve sack at a large quantity and rapid rate along the nozzle. The machine is suitable for various powder mixtures of light and heavy powder / particles, with weak or strong adhesion ( e.g. carbon powder, black / white powder, PVC powder / particles, activated carbon, clay, fire resistant raw powder, cement-send mixture, raw powder as building material, calcium carbonate, fishmeal, pesticide powder, pigment powder, rice powder, starch, and raw chemical powder).

● The measuring of feeding and filling is calculated by an electronic load cell and cooperates with the man-machine interface to display the weight clearly, so the weight may be confirmed rapidly after the completion of measuring. For any modification of measruement, operation is easy and convenient. A level switch is provided on the top of the pressurized storage bucket to control accuracy of feeding.

● During the filling process, the sack will expand; the air and dust inside can then be sucked through the dust collecting pipe, so the operation premises are clean and efficiency is enhanced. The machine structure is strong, easy to maintain with low failure rate and long lifetime, which makes it an excellent machine that is economical, practical and well trusted in the industry.
