● Features of Vertical Type Rotary Vane Feeding

  This machine is equipped with a vertical motor and a rotary vane lateral material feeding device that can push the quantified material into the sacks. The spindle has superior dust-proof capability, and disassembly is easy. This machine has a 3HP motor and the control mechanism for material feeding is at two speeds. It has the advantages of fast feeding and accurate quantifying.

● This is suitable for the filling and packing of valve sacks.

  This machine is applicable to various light or heavy powders such as calcium carbonate ( light and heavy ), cement, saltpeter powder, lead powder, gypsum powder, dry mixed mortar, clay, rock powder, seaweed powder, pigment powder, pesticide powder, chemical powder, starch powder, etc.

● Simple operation, easy maintenance and high-accuracy design.

  This machine is designed with emphasis on rigidity and durability. It's operation is simple and maintenance is easy. This machine quantifies by the load weight with the human-machine interface to display the weight. A material level switch is equipped on the top of the material buffer tank for controlling the material feeding. The load carrier of this machine can be designed as roller type of tank type. It can be optionally equipped with the automatic sack push-back device to perform an automatic operation.
